ALL BECAUSE OF ONE, STORMY NIGHT

“Are you sure this is the right place?”asked Charlotte.
“Sure” Luke replied.
“Here we go!” Charlotte opened the pearl-white door and a blast of bright light shone on the twelve, shivering faces.
“Hello” said a voice. “You must be the twelve I’ve been expecting”

Chapter 1
“I can’t believe we have to go to twins grumbled. Lilly and Milly lived with 10 other children plus 3 special guides, Angel, Dove, and Faith.
“I can’t wait to go to superhero school!” Charlotte practically screamed, definitely disagreeing with Lilly and Milly.
“A Flusby will come soon” said Angel, checking her watch.
A Flusby was like a flying bus.
“Can’t we teleport there?” Charlotte whined.
“Or fly?” Sophie added.
“But I want to ride a Flusby!” Harry complained.
Dove sighed and put the palm of her hand onto her forehead. “Whoa, Whoa!” Faith said. “This is how we’ll do it. The people who want to ride the Flusby way. The people who want to telepor twill hold onto Charlotte. Sophie will fly and Rebecca will run there. There. Full stop.” Her elelid droped slightly and everyone notice how tired she was and immediately felt sorry.
“Now go” Dove said, shooing them away. “We have more important things to discuss.”
As they went to schoo, Sophie pondered.
I wonder what she meant by ‘more important things to discuss’, she thought to herself. Strange.

2014년 8월10일 한인성당팀과 농구경기

오늘 오후 6시에 한인성당팀과 농구경기 를 가졌다. 파파누이에 있는 Graham Condon Recreation Centre에서... 시간당 사용료가 40불이다. 한인성당은 잘하는 팀이였지만 너무 과격하고 나쁜 말을 경기중에 많이해서 싫었다. 특히 밴치에 앉아있는 청년은 f word를 많이했다. 한마디 하려고 했는데 참았다. 친선경기인데 괜히 서로 불편할것 같았다. 다음엔 한인성당과의 시합엔 가능하면 참석하지 말아야 할 것 같다.

31 July 2014 (Thur) 첫번째 구역모임

첫번째 구역모임을 가졌다.

Today we had first small group meeting of the church. Mr. Lim is the leader of our 7^th small group. We had potluck dinner. Finished at 11pm. We talked a lot.

Today is really hot day. My wife dropped me off to school and picked me after school. We had lunch at Kosco restaurant and bought Korean baked bread. My sister-in-law had operation last week and stayed home. She wanted to have Kobchang Jungol, so we went to the Ye-Chon Korean restaurant which is at Church Corners Mall.

I went to Esther’s Kindergarten to pick her up. My wife picked my boys up at Oaklands School. I was a little bit tired because of heat and driving. Esther has new dress (one piece), so I took a photo of her. She really is cute.

My wife is very kind and considerate. I am blessed my marriage life.

I thought about my kids, too. As they are growing up, I feel that they are more like my friends, best friends. They are still too young to choose right or best way and grumpy sometimes. As I tell them and discuss with them what is right choice and best way, they will pick up and think and understand. I hope I am the best friend of them in near future, so we talk, travel, do sports and make lot of fun together.

God wants to be with us. He wants to talk to us, walk with us, spent more time with us. Thanks God to give gorgeous kids to understand you more.

We don’t understand what God plan is. When I went to France, I had chance to go to Arc de Triomphe. Lots of cars drove around it. The gate was huge and city was busy, so I felt I am lost. When I went up to the top of the building, I understood how the city (Paris) was carefully planned or constructed. It was in order and beautiful.
